You do not have to enter both a Street Number and a Street Name; You may type one or the other.
If you enter only a Street Number of 100, all parcels that contain "100" in their Street Address will be displayed in the Search Results.
If you enter only a Street Name of Oak, all parcels that contain "Oak" in their Street Address will be displayed in the Search Results.
If you enter both a Street Number of 1204 and a Street Name of Logan, all parcels that contain "1204" and contain "Logan" in their Street Address will be displayed in the Search Results.
